Turn on Developer mode first, then Plugins → New Plugin → Server URL → No Auth → Create.

ChatGPT · Desktop app

Settings → Plugins → Add → Add MCP server → Streamable HTTP → paste your URL → Save. No developer mode.

Treat your private URL like a password. It carries your access, so do not share it or paste it into a public place. You can regenerate it any time from your account.
